Xi sends condolences to Indonesian counterpart over military plane crash

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday sent condolences to his Indonesian counterpart Joko Widodo over a military plane crash.

Xi said he was shocked by the incident, in which a military cargo plane crashed on June 30 near Medan, the capital city of Indonesia's North Sumatra Province, killing over 140 people on board and on the ground

Xi expressed his condolences over the deaths, and conveyed his deep sympathy to the bereaved families. Endi
