French stock market index down 0.07 pct on Thursday

The French stock market benchmark index CAC 40 closed with a slight decrease of 0.07 percent at 5,041.71 points on Thursday, down 3.64 points.

Waiting for the results of the meeting between Greece and its creditors, the CAC 40 closed slightly lower on Thursday with 18 of the 40 selected experiencing decrease.

The top three gainers on Thursday were Bouygues, up 1.90 percent, Vivendi, up 1.84 percent and Capgemini, up 1.60 percent.

The three companies whose stocks dropped most on Thursday was Technip, down 2.20 percent, ArcelorMittal, down 1.62 percent, and Alcatel-Lucent, down 1.40 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 closed with a slight decrease of 0.24 percent at 5,045.35 points, down 12.33 points. Endit
