Seoul shares ended almost unchanged on Thursday.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) inched down 0.47 points, or 0.02 percent, to 2,085.06 at the close. Trading volume stood at 569.6 million shares worth 5.83 trillion won (5.26 billion U.S. dollars).

TOKYO-- Tokyo shares ended the trading Thursday lower as concerns over a possible Greek default shadowed the market here, while selling offset buying following moves of cashing in recent gains after the benchmark Nikkei index hit a 18-year high in the previous day.
The turnover was about 2,349.1 billion yen (about 19.00 billion U.S. dollars).

SYDNEY -- Fears over Greece's bailout negotiations saw the Australian share market fall back from three-week highs with local investors selling more than buying.
At the official market close, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was down 54.1 points, or 0.95 percent, to 5,632.7, while the broader All Ordinaries index gave up 52.8 points, or 0.93 percent, to 5,619.9.

HONG KONG -- Hong Kong stocks closed down 259.22 points, or 0. 95 percent to 27,145.75 points on Thursday.

BEIJING -- Chinese shares closed sharply lower on Thursday after a two-day rally, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 3.46 percent to finish at 4,527.78 points.

Combined turnover for the two bourses came in 1.55 trillion yuan (249.7 billion U.S. dollars).
