Ajax buy back Dijks, loan Zivkovic to Willem II

Xinhua, June 25, 2015 Adjust font size:

Ajax have completed the loan transfers of Richairo Zivkovic, Ruben Ligeon and Lesly de Sa to Willem II and the acquisition of Mitchell Dijks from the same club from Tilburg on Wednesday.

The 22-year-old leftback Dijks was sold to Willem II last year, but after one year already the Amsterdam based giants decided to buy him back for an undisclosed transfer fee. Dijks had a contract until mid-2016 in Tilburg.

Part of the deal with Dijks are the loan arrivals of three players at Willem II from Ajax. The 18-year-old striker Richairo Zivkovic, 23-year-old right back Ruben Ligeon and 22-year-old forward Lesly de Sa will play for Willem II in the 2015/2016 season.

Zivkovic, who arrived from FC Groningen last year, has a contract until the middle of 2019 at Ajax, Ligeon signed a new deal until 2017 on Wednesday and De Sa's contract runs out next year. Last season De Sa played on loan for Go Ahead Eagles in the Eredivisie. Enditem
