Mozambique recovers trust beating Seychelles 5-1

Xinhua, June 21, 2015 Adjust font size:

Mozambique beat Seychelles Islands 5-1 on Saturday in the qualifications to the 2016 African Nations Championship to be held in Rwanda.

After a disappointment performance in their last match against Rwanda on last Sunday, Mozambican players recovered in style, scoring three goals in the first half and dominating the second half by another two goals.

"I am very happy. It was an excellent exhibition from our players but of course we must continue working for the second leg," said Mano Mano, Mozambique's acting coach. Endi
