Urgent: 27 killed in twin blasts in N'Djamena: official

The twin blasts that occurred on Monday morning in N'Djamena, Chad's capital, have left 27 people dead, among them four terrorists, and 101 others injured, Chad's Communication Minister and Government Spokesman Sylla Bakari said. Endi
