More countries convey condolences to China over cruise tragedy

More foreign leaders have sent condolences to Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang over the June 1 cruise ship tragedy on the country's largest river.

Among those foreign leaders were: top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Kim Jong Un; Nepalese President Ram Baran Yadav; Nepalese Prime Minister Sushil Koirala; Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev; Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev; Kyrgyz Prime Minister Temir Sariyev; Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas; British Queen Elizabeth II; King Harald V of Norway; Italian President Sergio Mattarella; Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski; Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko; Ethiopian President Mulatu Teshome; Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn; Angolan President Jose Eduardo dos Santos; Zambian President Edgar Lungu; Madagascar's President Hery Rajaonarimampianina; Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto; Guyanese President David Granger; Afghan Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah; Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban; Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott; Niger's Acting Prime Minister Abouba Albade.
