Indonesia VP meets CPC delegation

Indonesian Vice President Yusuf Kalla met with a visiting delegation led by Guo Yezhou, vice minister of the International Department Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) here on Tuesday.

At the meeting, Kalla said that Indonesia is satisfied with the progress of the practical cooperation between China and Indonesia as the two countries are each other's comprehensive strategic partner.

For his part, Guo said that the CPC is willing to work with all political parties in Indonesia to implement the consensus reached between leaders of the two countries and push forward practical cooperation.

The CPC goodwill delegation arrived in Jakarta on Monday. Previously, members of the delegation met with chairman of the Democratic Party of Indonesia and secretary general of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle. Endi
