Dollar trades in lower 124 yen line in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the lower 124 yen range in early Tokyo deals on Friday morning, little changed from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 124.39-40 yen compared with 124.32-42 yen in New York and 124.28-30 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.1208-1209 dollars and 139.41-44 yen against 1.1233-1243 dollars and 139.74-84 yen in New York and 1.1259-1260 dollars and 139.93-97 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endi
