LME base metals decrease mostly on Thursday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed lower mostly on Thursday, as the oil price fell.

Brent crude oil futures price fell 2.6 percent to 62.14 U.S. dollars a barrel in Thursday's session, data from BBC showed.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 80 dollars, or 1.33 percent, to 5,952.5 dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 14 dollars, or 0.80 percent, to 1,745 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 15 dollars, or 0.78 percent, to 1,945 dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 16 dollars, or 0.74 percent, to 2,153 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 125 dollars, or 0.96 percent, to 12,912.5 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price lost 25 dollars, or 0.16 percent, to 15,475 dollars a tonne. Endit
