Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir said on Saturday that his country is willing to help Libya to solve the standing conflict through negotiations between all the Libyan rivals.
Omar al-Bashir received Nuri Mohamed Bait Almal, personal envoy of the Libyan Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thani. The envoy delivered to al-Bashir a written message from Al-Thani dealing with the developments of situations in Libya.
"President al-Bashir reiterated Sudan's willingness to help Libya through a dialogue that brings together all the Libyan rivals to end the standing conflict," Bait AlMal told reporters following meeting with al-Bashir.
The bilateral ties between Sudan and Libya are currently witnessing remarkable improvement after a previous period of tension which was characterized by exchanged accusations.
Sudan gathered late last year a number of Libya's neighboring countries in a meeting to address the North African nation's crisis.
The communique issued after the meeting urged all armed operations in Libya to resort to dialogue to achieve peace and stability.
