Kuerten, Navratilova to present trophies of Roland Garros

Two tennis great of yesterday, Gustavo Kuerten and Martina Navratilova, have been announced Friday as the trophy presenters for the respective men's women's finals of the French Open next weekend.

According to the French Tennis Federation (FFT), Brazilian Kuerten will present the Coupe des Mousquetaires to the men's singles champion on Sunday 7 June in the presence of Jean Gachassin, with Navratilova to the women's singles on next Saturday.

Kuerten was the winner at Roland Garros in 1997, 2000 and 2001, while Navratilova won 18 Grand Slam titles during her career, including two of the French Open in 1982 and 1984, besides 31 women's doubles and 10 mixed doubles titles at the four majors. Enditem
