Indian stocks close lower

Xinhua, May 28, 2015 Adjust font size:

Indian stocks ended a volatile day in red on Thursday after Chinese stocks took a sudden plunge.

Indian markets were volatile also because of F&O expiry as traders roll over positions in the futures & options (F&O) segment from May 2015 series to June 2015 series.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 27,506.71, 57.95 points or 0.21 percent down from the previous close of 27,564.66. Endi
