Chinese president's envoy to attend Nigerian president's inauguration

Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Agriculture Minister Han Changfu, will go to Nigeria and attend the inauguration of Nigeria's new president, Muhammadu Buhari, at the invitation of the country's government.
