Xinhua, May 26, 2015 Adjust font size:

The Hong Kong Observatory has issued the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal on Tuesday morning, saying that all PM schools would be closed this afternoon.

AM schools and whole-day schools which were already in session should continue until the end of school hours, the observatory said in a statement.

It said schools should ensure that conditions are safe before allowing students to return home.

The observatory also warned of possible flash floods and advised people to stay away from watercourses. Endi
