Civilian plane crashes in central Turkey, one injured

A civilian plane crashed in central Turkey on Thursday, leaving one person on board injured, private Dogan news agency reported.

The aircraft crashed at a forest area between Yaylacik and Ketenci villages in Seydisehir town of Konya province in central Turkey at 16.50 local time (GMT 13:50), according to the report.

One of the three people on board was injured in the crash, said the report, adding that search and rescue teams and ambulances were sent to the scene.

The three people were taken to the hospital of Selcuklu Medical Faculty in Konya for treatment, said the report, adding that an investigation into the incident has been underway. Endit
