Macedonian ministers, intelligence chief resign after Kumanovo action

Macedonian Prime Minister has accepted the resignation applications of Interior Minister Gordana Jankuloska, Transport Minister Mile Janakieski and Director of the Administration for Security and Counterintelligence (UBK) Saso Mijalkov on Tuesday.

The parliament was to convene on Wednesday to appoint the ministers' successors.

Eight policemen were killed and 37 were injured during an operation against armed group in northern Macedonian town of Kumanovo on Sunday. Endit
