Albania, Jordan to boos economic cooperation

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama received here the King of Jordan, Abdullah II, on Tuesday.

The interlocutors expressed readiness to increase economic cooperation between the two countries.

Abdullah II underlined that Jordan as a friendly country would offer its assistance for development in Albania.

Abdullah II also met with Albanian president Bujar Nishani and they delivered a joint press statement.

"We discussed with particular interest even the possibility to increase coordination and joint engagements in the fight against international terrorism, considering it a joint and global challenge that requires coordinated and determined actions," said Nishani. Endit
