Grizzlies take series lead 2-1 over Warriors

Zach Randolph scored 22 points and Marc Gasol had 21 points and 15 rebounds as the Memphis Grizzlies beat the Golden State Warriors 99-89 on Saturday to take a 2-1 lead in the Western Conference semifinal.

Mike Conley and Courtney Lee scored 11 points apeice for Memphis. MVP Stephen Curry grabbed 23 points for Golden State but was 8-of-21 from the field. Klay Thompson had 20 points and Harrison Barnes added 16 for the Warriors, who went just 6-of-26 from 3-point range.

Memphis asserted authority in the paint as it outscored Golden State 46-32 under the rim and outrebounded the Warriors 44-39. Endi
