Dollar trades in upper 119 yen range in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the upper 119 yen range early Friday in Tokyo, almost unchanged from overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.72-73 yen compared with 119.70-80 yen in New York and 119.38-40 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.1245-1245 dollars and 134.62-69 yen against 1.1261-1271 dollars and 134.82-92 yen in New York and 1.1366-1367 dollars and 135.69-73 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endi
