Hawks finish off Nets on 4-2

Paul Millsap had 25 points, nine rebounds and six assists as the Atlanta Hawks finished off the Brooklyn Nets 4-2 in six games, entering the NBA Eastern Conference semifinals with a 111-87 win on Friday.

Kyle Korver made six 3-pointers and finished with 20 points. DeMarre Carroll added 20 for the Hawks. Brook Lopez scored 19 points for the Nets. Deron Williams had 13 and Joe Johnson grabbed 12.

The Hawks started with an 8-0 run in the third quarter that made it 59-45 before Williams made a 3-pointer for the Nets, but the Hawks ripped off the next 15 points with a 26-point advantage through the period. Endi
