Fan/Zhou reach table tennis final

China's Fan Zhendong and Zhou Yu whitewashed Japan's Kenta Matsudaira and Koki Niwa 4-0 to reach the men's doubles final at the world table tennis championships on Saturday.

The Chinese duo were in control throughout the match, winning 11-6, 11-7, 11-6, 11-6.

China's Xu Xin and Zhang Jike are taking on South Korea's Lee Sang-su and Seou Hyun-deok in the other semifinals.

Xu is bidding for his second title in Suzhou after winning the mixed doubles with South Korea's Yang Hae-un on Friday. Endi
