Mercedes Benz Fashion Week kicks of in Tbilisi

Fashion industry is getting more and more serious in Georgia. Worldwide Brand Mercedes Benz Fashion Week is held for the first time in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi will be held from May 1 to 6, 2015, during the week-long event, 21 Georgian Designers along with their colleagues from Ukraine and Russia will present their works to various guests from different countries, representatives of different fashion magazines and fashion industry.

Designers, artists and creative minds from different parts of the world will be coming to the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, to showcase their creativity and talent to fashion experts and professionals from around the globe.

Two international projects will be held during fashion week: art & fashion days ARTGEORGIA and international fashion design contest BENEXT. Exhibitions, shows and other performances will be held in places all around Tbilisi.

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi was opened by very beautiful show of Georgian designer Datuna Sulikashvili on Friday. He presented collection based on 3 colors black, white and coral red. His collection was very feminine as usually, he presented long dresses and mixed costumes made of very beautiful materials, both very light and heavy patterns mixed with each other.

The Show was attended by almost every celebrity from Georgian society and also guests from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, as well as journalists and bloggers from Europe. Endite
