Bangladesh stocks close lower

Bangladesh's DSE (Dhaka Stock Exchange) Broad Index closed Wednesday at 4,099.21 points, down 19. 28 oints or about 0.47 percent from Tuesday's finish.

Among a total of 309 issues traded, 91 registered gains and 184 incurred losses while 34 remained unchanged.

Total turnover decreased to about 3.16 billion taka (about 40. 54 million U.S. dollars) on Wednesday from about 3.23 billion taka (about 41.46 million U.S. dollars) on Monday. Enditem
