A respected market research company found on Tuesday that Australia's unemployment rate almost doubles the figure the government admits.
The Roy Morgan Research analysis put the rate at 10.8 percent, above the official limit of 6.1 percent.
It found Australia's real level of unemployment is 10.8 percent, or 1.37 million people, while under-employment is at 7.7 percent -- far higher than the official Australian Bureau of Statistics unemployment estimate. Endi
