Dollar traded at upper 119 yen level in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 119 yen zone in early Tokyo trading on Friday.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.58-59 yen compared with 119.53-63 yen in New York and 119.87-88 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.0812-0813 dollars and 129.30-31 yen against 1.0818-0828 dollars and 129.36-46 yen in New York and 1.0683-0685 dollars and 128.06-10 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endi
