Botswana to host volleyball Africa Games qualifiers

Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) announced on Wednesday the country has been chosen to host Africa Games qualifiers for the Zone VI.

A statement from the BVF said the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) and Zone VI has entrusted Botswana with hosting the tournament that will take place from 4-10 May 2015. Countries that are expected to take part in the games in both the men and women categories are the host Botswana, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia.

It said the tournament is scheduled to be played in a round robin format, with six matches a day starting at 9 a.m. and the last game being played at 19 p.m.. The top two countries from the tournament will represent Zone VI at the upcoming Africa Games later this year. Endi
