James takes Cavs 2-0 lead over Boston

LeBron James scored 30 points as the Cleveland Cavaliers finally beat Boston for a 99-91 win Tuesday to take a 2-0 lead in their NBA opening-round playoffs.

Up by one at halftime, the Cleveland surged for a 17-4 run at the second half to usurp a 14-point lead. James and Kyrie Irving, who added 26, combined for all of Cleveland's 24 points in the final period. Timofey Mozgov added 16 points, Kevin Love had 13 and Tristan Thompson had 11 rebounds for Cleveland.

Isaiah Thomas scored 22 points and Jared Sullinger had 14 points for the Celtics. Tyler Zeller finished with 11 and Marcus Smart and Jae Crowder added 10 apiece. Boston's bench outscored Cleveland's 51-7. Endi
