LME base metals increase mostly on Thursday

The base metal prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher mostly on Thursday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 130.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.20 percent, to 6,067.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 19 U.S. dollars, or 1.05 percent, to 1,836 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 42.75 U.S. dollars, or 2.14 percent, to 2,041.75 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 31 U.S. dollars, or 1.40 percent, to 2,238 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 177.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.40 percent, to 12,815 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price lost 600 U.S. dollars, or 3.74 percent, to 15,425 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
