The 2015 Tbilisi Fashion Week ( Fall) raised its curtain on Thursday in Georgia's capital of Tbilisi.

The Fashion Week features shows, exhibition and presentation of 20 top Georgian designers. Famous Georgian designers, including Anouki Areshidze, George Shaghashvili and the winner of the previous season, Sally Pangani will display their latest creation of fall-winter collections during the four-day show.

For the first time, Tbilisi Fashion Week will initiate its new modern hall, where a 28-meter catwalk will be set, allowing 400 guests to get around to have on-site experience.

"Our main goal is to maximally support the popularization of Georgian designers at the international level. The show will contribute to raising the awareness of Georgia's potential as a tourist destination as well," Georgia's Deputy Minister of Economy Ketevan Bochorishvili told Xinhua at the show.

Since October 2009, Tbilisi Fashion Week has been held twice a year, spring and fall. Now Tibilisi has been considered a fashion hub in the Caucasus. It supports the development of the local fashion industry, introduces new faces to the business and promotes the export of Georgian fashion works abroad. Endite
