Dollar trades in mid-119 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar changed hands at the mid-119 yen level early Wednesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.46-47 yen compared with 119.35-45 yen in New York and 119.86-88 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro fetched 1.0645-0645 dollars and 127.17-18 yen against 1.0650-0660 dollars and 127.19-29 yen in New York and 1.0547-0549 dollars and 126.42-46 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon. Endi
