French stock market index up 0.26 pct on Monday

The French stock market benchmark index CAC 40 closed with an advance of 0.26 percent at 5,254.12 points on Monday, up 13.66 points.

The CAC 40 closed slightly higher on Monday with 22 of the 40 selected companies gaining advance.

Monday's top three gainers were Orange, up 3.27 percent, Vinci, up 2.76 percent, and Airbus Group, up 1.42 percent.

The three companies which lost most on Monday were ArcelorMittal, down 1.60 percent, Unibail-Rodamco, down 1.21 percent, and Valeo, down 1.11 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 closed with an advance of 0.60 percent at 5,240.46 points, up 31.51 points. Enditem
