Urgent: U.S., Cuba hold highest-level meeting in over five decades

The U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez held a meeting here on Thursday, one day before the seventh Summit of the Americas.

This was the highest-level meeting between the two countries since the United States and Cuba broke off diplomatic ties over half a century ago. Endi
