Six countries to compete Myanmar in chinlone at SEA Games

Altogether six countries will join Myanmar to compete in its traditional chinlone event in the 28th SEA Games to be hosted by Singapore, sports circle said Friday.

The Southeast Asian contestant countries -- host Singapore, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and Laos will compete in the men category of Chinlone sports.

A 10-member Myanmar chinlone team is at the training camp in Nay Pyi Taw and they are expecting to grab the gold medal at the SEA Games.

Chinlone sports for both men and women was added in the 27th SEA Games hosted by Myanmar in 2013.

The 28th SEA Games will be hosted by Singapore on June 5-16. Endit
