LAUSANNE -- Top negotiators on Thursday concluded the Iran nuclear talks in Lausanne and reached common solutions to outstanding issues, a senior European Union (EU) official said.

ARISH, Egypt -- At least 15 military men and four civilians were killed in simultaneous armed attacks on checkpoints in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula on Thursday, a security source told Xinhua.

DJIBOUTI -- A total of 225 nationals from 10 countries who were evacuated from conflict-ridden Yemen arrived in Djibouti onboard a Chinese frigate on Thursday.

BERLIN -- The co-pilot of crashed Germanwings flight 4U9525 searched the Internet for suicide methods and security measures of cockpit doors mere days before the crash happened, said a Duesseldorf prosecutor on Thursday.
