Members of the Forum of Young Parliamentarians of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Sunday exchanged their views on cyber warfare and water governance.

The forum is held in the context of the 132nd IPU Assembly held in Vietnam's capital Hanoi.

The two subjects discussed in the forum are "cyber warfare, a serious threat to peace and global security" and "shaping a new system of water governance: Promoting parliamentary action on water".

Members of the forum drew up recommendations from many countries and geographical groups, which will be considered to include a youth perspective in proceedings and outcomes of the 132nd IPU Assembly.

The Forum of Young Parliamentarians is a permanent body of the IPU dedicated to enhancing the quantitative and qualitative participation of youth in parliaments and in the IPU.

The 132nd IPU Assembly ran from Saturday to Wednesday with the participation of top leaders of global parliaments, regional inter- parliamentary and international organizations. Endi
