PSG eye signing for Sao Paulo teenager

Xinhua, March 29, 2015 Adjust font size:

Paris Saint-German are leading the race to sign Sao Paulo starlet Paulo Henrique, according to local media reports.

The 17-year-old is considered one of Brazil's most promising attackers and caught the interest of European clubs at last month's under-17 Al Kaas Cup in Qatar, Lancenet reported.

Sao Paulo lost the final to Paris Saint-Germain, but Paulo Henrique was voted player of the tournament and was the leading scorer with five goals.

AC Milan and an unnamed Austrian club are also said to have shown interest in the forward, Lancenet said.

Sao Paulo are expected to be keen to extend Paulo Henrique's current contract, which expires in 2018. Endi
