At least 15 militants were killed and three soldiers were injured in a ground operation launched by Pakistani army in country's northwest tribal area of Khyber Agency on Saturday, officials said.
In a statement, Inter-Services Public Relations, the mouthpiece of Pakistani army, said that on an intelligence tip-off of fleeing of Taliban militants to Afghanistan, the army launched an operation against them in Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency, one of the seven militancy-infested tribal areas along Pakistan- Afghanistan border. NEW DELHI -- Over 2,000 people have died of swine flu in India since January this year, a senior Health Ministry official said Saturday.
"A total of 2,011 people have died of swine flu in the past three months while the number of people affected by the virus is 33,462," the official said, on condition of anonymity.
The western state of Gujarat has recorded the highest death toll of 424, followed by 411 in the northern state of Rajasthan an 385 in the western state of Maharashtra, he said. (India-Swine Flu)

PHNOM PENH -- Approximately 570 Cambodian people, mostly children, in northwestern Cambodia's Siem Reap province got sick after eating bread filled with meat and vegetables on Friday afternoon, a provincial health chief confirmed Saturday.
