The Sri Lankan government on Friday said that President Maithripala Sirisena, who is currently on a state visit to China, had held successful discussions with the Chinese government.

TOKYO -- Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his Portuguese counterpart Pedro Passos Coelho agreed here Friday to enhance bilateral economic ties and cooperation in fighting against piracy.
