Djibouti condemns suicide attacks in Yemen

Djibouti has condemned last week's suicide attacks at two mosques in Yemen, which left at least 142 people dead.

In a statement issued over the weekend, Djibouti's Foreign Minister Mohamoud Ali Youssouf said "he had learnt with sadness about the two attacks that targeted mosques during Friday's prayers."

The minister expressed sympathy with his Yemeni counterpart, and sent a message of condolence to the families of the victims, before wishing quick recovery to those who were injured.

Djibouti which shares a maritime border with Yemen, said it was closely monitoring the developing situation in Yemen. Endi
