Heat rally to top Blazers 108-104

Dwyane Wade scored 15 of his 32 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Miami Heat past the Portland Trail Blazers 108-104 on Wednesday night.

Wade made 13 of 26 shots. Luol Deng had 24 points and Goran Dragic added 20 points and 11 assists. Hassan Whiteside had 12 points and 10 rebounds.

LaMarcus Aldridge led Portland with 34 points and 12 rebounds. Damian Lillard scored 17 and Arron Afflalo added 15 for the Trail Blazers.

Wade made a jumper with 13.6 seconds left to break a tie before Portland turning it over on the inbounds pass. Wade then buried two free throws to seal the victory. Enditem
