Singapore stocks close 0.39 pct higher

Singapore stocks finished higher on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) up 13.27 points, or 0.39 percent, to close at 3,376.04.

A total of 1.06 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 901.1 million Singapore dollars (647.6 million U.S. dollars).

Decliners outnumbered gainer 284 to 155, while 495 others finished unchanged.
