Ghanaian foreign minister says China-Ghana ties "friendly and fruitful"

Xinhua, March 14, 2015 Adjust font size:

Ghanaian Minister of Foreign Affairs Hanna Serwaa Tetteh has called her country's ties with China are "very friendly and fruitful".

"China and Ghana have a good relationship," the official told Xinhua in an interview on Friday, adding the two countries are working hard to further enhance their ties.

She said the bilateral cooperation is "effective" and the two countries continue to work together on projects of common interest.

China and Ghana enjoy a traditional friendship that dates back to the 1950s. Early in 1964, then Chinese premier Zhou Enlai paid a visit to Ghana. Endi
