NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Wednesday called on all parties to ensure the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)'s ceasefire monitoring in Ukraine and the implementation of the Minsk agreement.

He made the remarks at a joint press conference held at NATO's Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) headquarters in Mons, Belgium along with the Supreme Allied Commander Europe General Phillip Breedlove. (EU-NATO-Ukraine)

WASHINGTON -- Eleven U.S. soldiers were missing after an army helicopter went down during a training session on Tuesday night in Florida, officials said Wednesday.

The Black Hawk, with seven Marines and four aircrew soldiers on board, was reported missing in foggy conditions at around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday (0030 GMT Wednesday). Debris was discovered Wednesday morning about 45 miles west of U.S. Eglin Air Force Base, according to local media. (U.S.-Military Helicopter-Crash)

SEOUL -- China, South Korea and Japan on Wednesday held the 10th trilateral senior foreign affairs officials' consultation in Seoul, preparing for restoring the upcoming trilateral meeting among foreign ministers of the three countries in late March.

The consultation brought together Chinese vice Foreign Minister Liu Zhenmin, South Korea's deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Lee Kyung-soo and their Japanese counterpart Shinsuke Sugiyama. (S.Korea-China-Japan-Meeting)

RAMADI -- At least 17 security members were killed and some 30 others wounded on Wednesday in coordinated attacks by the Islamic State (IS) militants targeting security forces in the city of Ramadi, the capital of Iraq's western province of Anbar, a provincial security source said.

The attacks started in the morning when seven car bombs, some of them were suicide car bombings, detonated at checkpoints and military bases in the government-held areas in the city, which located some 110 km west of the Iraqi capital of Baghdad, the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity. PYONGYANG -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Wednesday declared the year of 2015 a year of friendship between the DPRK and Russia, reported the official KCNA news agency.
