Porto beats Basel 4-0 to reach UEFA Champions League quaterfinals

Porto beat Basel 4-0 on Tuesday at the Dragao stadium in northern Portuguese city Porto to ease into the European champions league quarterfinal.

Algeria midfielder Yacine Brahimi opened the scoring in the 14th minute with a stunning free-kick, and Mexican midfielder Hector Herrera scored in the 47th with a right-foot effort to the far corner.

Brazilian midfielder Casemiro made it 3-0 in the 55th with a free-kick from 30 yards out and Cameroon forward Vincent Aboubakar closed the scoring with a powerful effort to the top-left corner in the 76th.

Porto, now unbeaten for 10 games this season, is going through to the quarterfinals for the second time since its victory in 2004. Endi
