U.S. snowiest place is called Copenhagen

A latest research showed that the snowiest place in America is called Copenhagen. It is not in Denmark. It is New York's Tug Hill region.

According to a latest report by the U.S. website Syracuse.com, more than 21 feet of snow has fallen on the village of Copenhagen in Upstate New York this winter. The result was reached after the website studied data of 20,000 places in all 50 states collected by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Regional Climate Centers.

Syracuse.com also found out that seven of the top ten snowiest places in the country are in New York. Endite
