Wizards blow out Heat strong rally for 99-97 win

Nene scored 20 points as the Washington Wizards held off a strong surge back from Miami Heat for a 99-97 victory here on Friday night.

Miami played without starters Dwyane Wade and Luol Deng due to injury.Goran Dragic had 18 points, but left the game after a hard fall late in the third quarter. Shabazz Napier added 16 for Miami had 13.

Marcin Gorat added 14 points and 17 rebounds.

Washington enjoyed a good start on 40-18 in the first quarter and expanded the margin to 35 before Miami cut it to 88-73 after three. Dragic scored 12 points in the thrid period.

Bradley Beal made one of two free throws with 1.6 seconds left, and Miami inbounded after a timeout but time expired. Endi
