China stocks open mixed Friday

Chinese stocks opened mixed on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index slightly down 0.01 percent, or 0.44 points, to open at 3,248.04.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 11,600.66, up 0.30 percent, or 34.27 points.

The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, opened 0.10 percent or 2.03 points higher at 2,016.81 points. Endi
