Knight lifts Suns past Magic, James holds Cavs over Raptors

Brandon Knight had 28 points and seven assists as the Phoenix Suns beat the Orlando Magic 105-100 on Wednesday night.

Markief Morris had 23 points and six rebounds and P.J. Tucker scored 19 for the Suns, who snapped a two-game skid.

Victor Oladipo led the Magic with a career-high 38 points. Nik Vucevic added 18 points and Elfrid Payton finished with nine points, five steals and 10 assists.

The Magic was down 3 points with 5.2 seconds left, but Willie Green's inbounds pass was intercepted by Knight and Knight made two free throws to seal the victory.

LeBron James scored 29 points and dished out a season-high 14 assists as the Cleveland Cavaliers topped the Toronto Raptors 120-112.

Kevin Love had 22 points and 10 rebounds. Kyrie Irving scored 26, J.R. Smith had 15 and James Jones added 14 for the Cavaliers, who won their second straight.

Jonas Valanciunas scored 26 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and DeMar DeRozan scored 25 points for the Raptors, who lost for the sixth time in seven games. Toronto's All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry was sidelined for the third straight game.

Marc Gasol, who had 21 points, hit a jumper with 0.1 second left as the Memphis Grizzlies edged the Houston Rockets 102-100.

Jones grabbed 21 points and James Harden scored 18 in his return after a one-game suspension for kicking LeBron James on Sunday. Josh Smith added 16 off the bench for the Rockets. Endi
