The al-Qaida militants launched attacks against the Houthi group in Yemen's al-Bayda province on Tuesday, which killed at least 27 Houthi militants and wounded dozens of others.

The al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) attacked a stadium which was used by the Houthi militants as a training camp in al-Bayda city, the provincial capital of al-Bayda province, killing 10 Houthis and injured dozens of others, a local tribal source told Xinhua. (Yemen-Attack)

CAIRO -- Egypt's administrative court on Tuesday ordered the delay of the parliamentary elections set for March 21, after another top court ruled parts of the electoral laws "unconstitutional."

According to the ruling, the parliamentary elections will be held after amendments to the electoral laws are finalized and approved. (Egypt-Election-Delay)

TEHRAN -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech in U.S. Congress Tuesday on a potential agreement on Iran's nuclear issue was a "show full of deception," Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said.

Netanyahu's speech was the sign of "weakness and isolation" of the radicals in Israel and their attempts to influence the international policies, Afkham was quoted as saying by Iran's Student News Agency (ISNA). (Iran-Nuclear)

TRIPOLI -- A warplane belonging to Libya's national army launched an airstrike on Tripoli's Mitiga airport on Tuesday, according to a local security source.
